Hello. Here’s the information for this year-long reading challenge. I’ll do a wrap-up post for Beat the Backlist 2019.
This is very simple. Read any books that were published in 2019 or earlier. The books have to start and finish in 2020 to count. If you started a book on December 31st and finish it on January 1st, it doesn’t count.
I am going to participate in the mini-challenge because why not? I’m going to join The Borrowers. You’re a borrowing fiend! You love getting books from the library or your friends.
I am not going to put up a long TBR for 2020 because I will never follow them. I find myself a mood reader. It is always changing.
I do have two books, though that I would love to read in 2020 and I think I can do that. I would love to read The Hate U Give and The Bear and the Nightingale.

I think I’m going on my 3rd year participating. I have learned to create a more manageable list. We’ll see how I do for 2020.

Yeah, my mission for 2020 is at least read a backlist book per month. If it’s more than that, awesome. It’s always hard when there’s new releases coming out all the time.
