When I first heard about this book, I was interested. It was pitched as a gothic fantasy with assassins and war. Dudeeeeee! I love me some assassins. There is hype around this novel and I’m a bit wary but I hope it is worth the hype because I really want to read this and be wowed.
I love this cover. It’s so beautiful. I love how there are buildings on the side of the mountain. It looks like it’s water paint with the tone of blue and a touch of red. I even like the typography on this cover.
