Archenemies by Marissa Meyer

Archenemies

It is expected to be published on November 6, 2018, by Feiwel Friends.

I brought Renegades from Book Outlet. I kept hearing a lot of people loving it. It’s a superhero story! I’m curious about how she would spin the story. I have her other series, The Lunar Chronicles but I haven’t read them. I also heard that Renegades is better than the Lunar Chronicles. I’m curious to see if I view that way. This trilogy was originally to be a duology but people love it so the publisher decided to expand this into a trilogy.

I love these covers. It is pretty awesome. It felt like a movie poster. It isn’t prominent in Renegades but the theme with both covers is blue and red and I’m interested to see how it connects with the books. My only gripe about this cover is the typography. It doesn’t feel like it belongs. What kind of typography should it be?

Have you read the first book? If so, are you excited about Archememies?

The Renegades Trilogy continues, in this fiercely awaited second installment after the New York Times-bestselling Renegades by Marissa Meyer, author of the Lunar Chronicles.

Time is running out.
Together, they can save the world.
But they each other’s worst nightmare.

In Renegades, Nova and Adrian (aka Insomnia and Sketch) fought the battle of their lives against the Anarchist known as the Detonator. It was a short-lived victory.

The Anarchists still have a secret weapon, one that Nova believes will protect her. The Renegades also have a strategy for overpowering the Anarchists, but both Nova and Adrian understand that it could mean the end of Gatlon City – and the world – as they know it.
