I thought to share the news that I have heard over the month of July. There is also news that I just found out that you guys might already know but I would like to share anyway. Every link that I have posted below is to the actual news or actual trailer, etc. 

I am working on finding ways for me to be able to find news other than Twitter. Please do let me know of these other ways. This month’s news is small because I am remembering what I could but for August and on, it will be longer and I will be taking notes. If you don’t see any news that you do remember, please let me know and I will be updating the post. 


Book News

Sandhya Menon Got Two Books Deal!
Simon Pulse acquired When Ashish Met Sweetie, a companion novel to When Dimple Met Rishi along with one untitled book. When Ashish Met Sweetie is to be released Summer 2019, and the untitled book is to be released Summer 2020. (Source).

John Green Comes Out With a New Novel!
It will be called Turtles All the Way Down and will be released on October 10th. There will be a signed edition. (Goodreads).

There’s A Sequel!
The Lady’s Guide to Petticoats and Piracy by Mackenzi Lee is a sequel to The Gentleman’s Guide to Vice and Virtue, and it will be focusing on Felicity and featuring travel, pirates, and a science girl gang. It is set to be published in 2018. (Goodreads).

Collider has posted a trailer for Steven Spielberg’s adaptation of Ernest Cline’s Player Ready One. (Source).

Jenny Han’s To All The Boys I’ve Loved Before is now a movie
Here is Jenny’s twitter announcing the news and her joy and happiness of it happening. 

The cast has been revealed. Janel Parrish as Lara’s older sister, Margot, Lana Condor as Lara Jean, Anna Cathcart as Lara’s youngest sister, Kitty, and Noah Centineo as Peter Kavinsky. John Corbett as Lara Jean’s single dad, Israel Broussard, Anna Cathcart, and Andrew “King Bach” Bachelor is joining as well. (Source). (Source).
