Top Ten Tuesday | Best Books You’ve Read In 2017 So Far

For anyone unfamiliar with Top 10 Tuesday, it’s a weekly meme that was created by The Broke and The Bookish. To see more posts on this very topic, please go here.

June 27: Best Books You’ve Read In 2017 So Far
(break it down however you want — by genre, strictly 2017 releases, whatever!)

I don’t think I am able to do Top 10 books for this topic due to a couple of reasons: 1) I want to wait till at the end of the year to show you my best books that I have read for the year and I do not want to repeat the answers again, and 2) I do not have enough books as of yet, thanks to my reading slump that I am still struggling with. So, for this post, I would rather show you two books that I have already told you last week and keep others as a surprise.

Before I move on, The Broke and The Bookish is on a break till August 15th so you will not see any Top 10 till then. I need to figure out what to do on Tuesdays. Maybe the US vs the UK cover battle? If you have any ideas, please do let me know. Thanks!

When Dimple Met Rishi // Sandhya Menon
I love this book. It’s so fluffy and heart-touching. You for sure, are going to get a book review at some point in July. I adore this book!

The Hate U Give // Angie Thomas
Everyone should read this book! EVERYONE! It’s so good. This book has everything from race issues to family. It should be a required book for schools from now on.

When Dimple Met Rishi has been all over my goodreads feed. Glad to know you enjoyed it, I might read it soon. And The Hate U Give was wonderful. Great post!
