1. Why did you start a blog in the first place?
I want to share my opinions and promote awesome books. I want to get together with the book community and find good representations within the books for everyone. I also believe books can help people to be more open-minded and be more kind.
2. What is your favorite book?
These books got me interested in reading more. Before these books showed up, I like to read but never truly in love with reading. The fact that these women in the book are strong and never needed a man to help them. They never said, “Oh, woe is me!” It also started my love for historic fiction. I would love to read intersectional historic fiction, so if you have any suggestion, let me know!
3. What do you dislike the most?
Bad representations within the books. I want readers to see themselves in a book. I know I would! As a Deaf person, I would love to see a kick ass Deaf person in a book. It os empowering, knowing that there are people that actually like you and you are not alone.
4. What is your favorite food item from the mall?
If the mall has them, Subway. If not, I tend to go to Taco Bell or a Pizza place. I am very picky with food.
5. What is your favorite past time?
Reading, of course, but I love to watch TV shows with the boyfriend. It is relaxing for both of us.
